摘要

Abstract

The"BYOD+"training mode is constructed and improved based on the practice of key teachers training program in H province under the"National Teacher Training Program".This mode follows easy,effi-cient,and low -cost solutions and students bring their ow n mobile terminal devices mostly.It solves issues re-lated to students'onsite experiences through convenient online Cloud resource platform and necessary software support,and stimulates learners' reflections upon their experiences and generation of new practical knowledge through the construction of learning community.
