教师职业认同感的模型建构及量表编制
Exploring the Construction and Measurement of Teachers' Professional Identity

Abstract
Teachers' professional identity is closely related to their turnover intention,and has an important in-fluence on their work enthusiasm and their teaching effectiveness.It is essential to diagnose teachers' profes-sional identity before improve it appositely.Consequently,this study constructed the theoretical structure of teacher professional identity and developed the scale of teacher professional identification based on the analysis of extensive literatures.Through several rounds of survey investigation on primary and secondary school teach-ers,the construction and measurement scale of teacher professional identity were revised and validated itera-tively.The results show that:1)Teacher professional identity is a Multidimensional structure which is com-posed of teachers'professional value,teachers'sense of belonging and teachers'professional efficacy.2)Teach-ers'professional identity would affect teacher's professional behavior tendency,including the tendency of grouped behavior and teacher's response to work stress.Combined with theoretical analysis and empirical test, the scale has a good reliability and validity,and can be used for similar researches in the future.关键词
