我国教师问责机制的解构与重构
Deconstruction and Reconstruction of Teachers' Accountability Mechanism in China
摘要
Abstract
The construction of teacher accountability mechanism is a dual demand of theory and practice.To realize the sci-entization of teacher accountability mechanism,we must determine the subject,object,scope and procedure of teacher ac-countability.At present, there are still many imperfections in the operation of teacher accountability mechanism in our country.The educational administrative department and school should make great efforts to promote the reconstruction of teacher accountability mechanism,form the coordination mechanism of teacher accountability and the mechanism of informa-tion disclosure.The whole process coverage mechanism,the standardized operation mechanism and the idea guiding mecha-nism,to improve educational governance capacity to lay a more solid foundation.关键词
