On the Value of the National Teacher Qualification Examination Policy:An Analysis of the Pros and Cons of Affecting Normal College Students Cultivation

Abstract
In order to improve the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens,the state has formulated the standard of teachers'qualification and issued the Examination Standards and Examination Syllabuses for teachers.The accreditation of teachers qualifications has formally been institutionalized and the policies for the unified ex-amination for teachers qualifications have been comprehensively promoted.On the one hand, the policy of the national teacher qualification examination can promote the training of pedagogical students and help to improve the overall quality of teachers,which helps to improve the overall quality of teachers, to resolve the contradiction between student teachers and other students in the choice of teachers vocational training path and to promote the transformation and development of teach-ers education in normal colleges and universities in the goal and direction of training teachers.On the other hand,the policy of the unified national teacher qualification examination would have a negative effect on the training of student teachers, which may lead to the overabundance of the training of student teachers and let them into the situation of failure education. It also would obstruct the cultivation of free normal university students in order and affect the effect of the reform experiment. At the same time,it causes the student teachers to lose the goal and direction of training and face the embarrassment of ex-am-oriented education.关键词
