Abstract
Tracking guidance is an important part of teacher training as well as an important guarantee for teachers to contin-ue learning and training effect transformation.However,in practice,training institutions are often constrained by obstacles of real-life resources and the impact of traditional training thinking;The heavy task,the closed evaluation system and the in-adequacy of self practical ability constrained some of the trainers;The evaluation system for teachers in primary and second-ary schools under the exam-oriented education and the resistance of teachers to their own practice changes have also reduced the training participation and development enthusiasm,which has affected the quality and effectiveness of tracking guidance to some extent.关键词
