The Influence of School Culture Atmosphere on the Job Satisfaction of Rural School Teachers: The Mediating Role of Teacher Agency

Abstract
The study aims to investigate the relationship of rural teachers perceived school culture atmosphere,job satisfac-tion,and teacher agency,sampled 1402 rural school teachers from five provinces in China.The results indicated that:rural school teachers perceived school culture atmosphere has significantly positive influence on teacher agency and job satisfac-tion.Rural teachers perceived school culture atmosphere and teacher agency have significantly positive influence teacher job satisfaction.Teacher agency plays a mediating role in relationship between rural teachers perceived school culture atmos-phere and job satisfaction.关键词
