The Effects of Four-year-novitiate from Different Grade Analysis Perspective:A Case from Primary Education Program in X Normal University

摘要

Abstract

The participants of this research are students studying primary education program in X Normal University. Through the questionnaire survey and in-deep interview methods to collect data,the research found that four years internship consistent university system is an efficient ways for pre-service teachers training.Using the CBAM Model as the framework to analysis the effects of internship, the pre-service teachers obtained a tremendous improvement, especially the ability of knowledge transformation and professional teaching skills,by which the pre-service teachers experienced the school culture, observed the process of student learning,and teacher teaching in the classroom during the internship.However,the whole four years internship still has some disadvantages required improvement for the further efficiency of four years internship and the professional teacher level.
