摘要

Abstract

America has excellent experience on promoting the transition from company high skilled talents to vocational edu-cation teachers in the security of advanced transition mechanisms.In the basis of the role theory and the differences between the company high skilled talents and the vocational education teachers,this paper constructs the theoretical framework to an-alyze the transition challenges.At last,this paper made a detailed analysis of America's transition mechanism in the perspec-tives of transition supporting program,licensure procedure of standard certification,vocational education teacher standards.
