摘要

Abstract

The microwave dielectric properties and crystal structure of the 0.97La2(1-x )/3 Sm2 x/3 TiO3-0.03NiTiO3 ceramics were investigated as a function of the amount of samarium ions substitutions (0. 05≤x≤0. 2) . The experimental results show that the do-ping of samarium ions reduces the frequency temperature coefficientτf effectively with the increasing of samarium ions doping content, which is decreased from 115×10-6℃-1 to 15×10-6℃-1. The addition of samarium ions also decreases the sintering temperature from 1390 ℃ to 1300℃. Nevertheless, with the increasing of samarium ions doping content, the second phase is formatted and it leads to the decrease of ceramic's density and the relative permittivity. When the samarium ions substitution amount (x) is 0. 1, the sintering temperature is 1360 ℃. The optimum microwave dielectric properties are obtained withεr of 55. 2, Q·f of 9399 GHz, andτf of 89 ×10-6℃-1 .
