大枣红糖姜茶的制备
Preparation of Jujube, Brown Sugar, and Ginger Electuary
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the adhibition of jujube and ginger in health care.[Method] Using traditional preparation process to make jujube and ginger electuary.[Result] The jujube and the ginger were extracted by the traditional decoction method.The extract was filtered,fixed precipitation,the supernatant was re-filtered and added to brown sugar to completely melt.Atmospheric water bath (80℃)concentrated,and constantly stirring.The mark paste has been formed observing the phenomenon of flag hanging.[Conclusion] It is simple and feasible to make the traditional paste recipe.关键词
