糖尿病前期患者膳食多样化评分与糖尿病发病的关联分析
Dietary Diversification Score and Risk of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Populations with History of Prediabetes

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the association between dietary diversification score (DDS) and risk of type 2 diabetes Mellitus in patients with prediabetes.[Method] During the period from 2011 to 2017,patients with prediabetes in Guangzhou communities were followed up.Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were used to diagnose new-onset diabetes.Based on the DDS,the differences in dietary intake between the groups were compared.A multifactor COX regression model was used to analyze the risk factors for diabetes.[Result] Dietary diversification was a protective factor in the progression of prediabetes to diabetes.Compared with subjects with DDS ≤7,those with a score > 7 had lower risk to develop diabetes (P =0.031).The hazard ratio (HR) was 0.70 [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.50 ~ 0.97].关键词
