摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To discuss the effect of the nutritional therapy of a low glycemic index (LGI) to the type 2diabetes mellitus (T2DM) inpatients.[Method] Totally 91 T2DM inpatients hospitalized between Jan and March in 2016 selected to join a text.They were divided into 2groups including rice group and LGI group,48 patients in rice group and 43 patients in LGI group.The LGI group and rice group received clinical treatment and nutritional therapy personally.Among them,grains group had grains mixed with rice while dining,rice group had common rice while dining.The two groups' fasting plasma glucose (FPG),plasma glucose of 2 hours after meal (2hPG),the frequency of hypoglycemia and other indicators were observed.[Result] The LGI group could control blood sugar more than the rice group.At the same time,prevalence of hypoglycemia,FPG,2hPG of LGI group was lower than the rice group.[Conclusion] The LGI group can sustain the T2DM patients' blood sugar stably,reduce the frequency of hypoglycemia and help patients return to normal life effectively.
