摘要

Abstract

With the functional component——xanthophyll from chlorella as the index and using the methods of molecular distillation and saponification reaction,the essential oil obtained through subcritical CO2 extraction of the chlorella was purified and researched in order to explore a new separation and purification technology of xanthophyll in essential oil of chlorella. By combined utilization of molecular distillation and saponification reaction technology,under the optimum reaction conditions,the concentration of xanthophyll can reach maximum(230.56±0.23)mg/g.The test results provide a new technical method for the production of high-purity xanthophyll.
