山楂片自动裹包方案研究
Research on Automatic Wrapping Solution of Hawthorn Flakes
摘要
Abstract
By taking hawthorn flakes wrapped with the tinfoil as the research object,the realization method of automatic wrapping of hawthorn flakes was studied. By analyzing the design requirements of the automatic wrapping machine of hawthorn flakes,the packaging technology principle of hawthorn flakes and its production process were investigated,the wrapping process solution and the movement process of each key mechanism that completes wrapping were studied,and the working cycle diagram of each key mechanism was designed, and finally the design of the working cycle diagram of the whole wrapping action was completed. Finally,the automatic wrapping process solution was formed,which provides reference and basis for the development of automatic packaging machinery for agricultural and sideline products.关键词
