Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of convenient transportation and handling about big bottle. This paper designed a lifting pressure machine for 20 litres oil bottle. Using the follow-up lifting pressure design method,the lifting pressure machine has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple structure and low cost,the transportation of oil bottle and lifting pressure at the same time in the process of lifting pressure,so the lifting pressure machine is efficient. Using SolidWorks Simulation module analyze the fatigue life of fork and verify the rationality of structure design. The lifting pressure machine has greatly reduced the labor intensity and lifting pressure success rate was high. The device has a greater promotion in the field of liquid filling.关键词
