CAC、欧盟、美国与中国粮食中真菌毒素限量标准的差异分析

摘要
Abstract
M≥cotoxins are toxic secondar≥ metabolites produced b≥ fungi, and among the most harmful are aflatoxin, ochratoxin A, trichothecenes, zearalenone, fumonision, ergot alkaloid and so on. The es-tablishment of the limit standard for m≥cotoxins is the main measure for the primar≥ prevention of m≥co-toxins. Through the comparison and anal≥sis of CAC, European Union, the United States and China’s grain m≥cotoxins limit standards, this stud≥ has found out the existing gaps in China’s current national food safet≥standards concerning the m≥cotoxins pollution index of grains, and provided references for the revision of China’s grain m≥cotoxins limit standards.关键词
