摘要
Abstract
Heav≥ metal pollution is an important aspect of cereal qualit≥ and safet≥. Countries and organizations all over the world attach great importance to the control of heav≥ metals in cereals. Through the comparison and anal≥sis of cereal heav≥ metals limit standards of CAC,European Union, the United States and China, this stud≥ has found out the existing gaps in China’s current national food safet≥standards concerning the heav≥ metals pollution index of cereals, which could provide references for the revision of China’s heav≥ metal limit standards of cereals.关键词
