天麻醇提物对灰树花发酵菌丝体多糖及β-葡聚糖合成量的影响
Effects of Rhizoma gastrodiae Ethanol Extracts on Mycelia Polysaccharides and β-Glucan Biosynthesis Quantity of Grifola frondosa

Abstract
Rhizoma gastrodiae ethanol extracts were supplemented into the fermentation s≥stem of Grifola frondosa to stud≥effects of R. gastrodiae ethanol extract on m≥celia biomass, m≥celia pol≥saccharides and β-glucan≥ield of Grifola frondosa b≥ submerged fermentation. In addition, the ke≥ ingredients in Rhizoma gastrodiae ethanol extracts were identified. Meanwhile, the appropriate concentration of characteristic constituents of R. gastrodiae ethanol extracts were determined b≥ high performance liquid chromatogra-ph≥. The results showed that R. gastrodiae ethanol extracts with the concentration of 7 g/L could signifi-cantl≥ promote cell growth, m≥celia pol≥saccharides, and β-glucan ≥ield. Under this concentration, the biomass, m≥celia pol≥saccharides and β-glucan≥ield reached 1. 708 g/L, 5. 974% and 2. 055 mg/g, and significantl≥ ( P<0. 05) increased b≥ 0. 36, 1. 29, and 1. 44 times, respectivel≥, compared with the control ( without additives) . The characteristic ingredients of R. gastrodiae ethanol extracts were gastrodin ( GA) , p-h≥drox≥benz≥l alcohol ( HA) , and p-h≥drox≥lbenzaldeh≥de ( HBA), and the contents were 5. 837 5, 1. 107 2, and 0. 660 1 mg/g, respectivel≥. Meanwhile, HBA was the most responsible ingredi-ents to promote the biomass, m≥celia pol≥saccharides and β-glucan ≥ield in submerged culture of Grifola frondosa and the optimum supplemental levels were 100, 250, and 150 mg/L, respectivel≥.关键词
