"互联网+"背景下中国知识产权本科教学的变革之道
The Reform of Chinese Intellectual Property Undergraduate Teaching under the Background of "Internet Plus"

Abstract
:"Internet plus education" is a new educational model derived from the rapid development of today’s net-work technology .In the modern information society ,the internet has penetrated into all aspects of society .In the field of education ,network technologies that are highly efficient ,convenient ,and fast-distributing have played an increasingly im-portant role in the teaching of higher education .After the Intellectual Property (shortened as IP) ,an undergraduate major , was listed in the "National Undergraduate Professional Catalogue" by the Ministry of Education as a specialty of law ,the number of colleges and universities that set up IP majors has increased .But ,the traditional undergraduate teaching of IP has the limitation on conceptions ,space ,time ,means ,and evaluation .In order to cultivate compound talents that meet the requirements of China’s intellectual property development strategy ,undergraduate teaching reform of IP needs to seize the opportunities of the Internet urgently ,to promote the sharing of resources between arts and sciences schools by receiving the new ideas ;to guide students to preview before class on internet ;to combine practice with the introduction of rich and diverse practical courses by using technological method ;and to promote teachers’teaching quality by improving the evalu-ation mechanism.关键词
