核心素养视野下师范生学科核心素养的培育探析———以云南师范大学思政专业的调研为例
Analysis on the Improvement of the Subject Core Competences of Normal University Students from the Perspective of Core Competences—Taking the Investigation of Ideological and Political Education Specialty of Yunnan Normal University as Example

Abstract
:The investigation of the students majored the politics and ideology education in Yunnan Normal University manifests that :In terms of ideology ,normal university students can’t perceive the subject core competences comprehens-ively ,and their conception about what subject core competences should the teachers of political courses have aren’t com-patible.In terms of the process of training ,they think educational probation and internship are the vital steps of the forma-tion of the professional competences of normal university students .In terms of training approach ,they deem that the culti-vation system of "core competences-teaching evaluation-teaching practice" hasn’t been constructed and implemented ef-fectively .In fact ,the knowledge and skills that normal university students learn at university can’t fully support them to cultivate the core competences of middle school students in teaching practice .In this connection ,colleges and universities need to promote a reform that adapt to the cultivation of core competences .They should strengthen teaching practice ,high-light the cultivation of core competences ,improve the training program for normal university students ;we should strengthen the professional moral education ,guide the normal university students to establish a correct conception of education ,con-struct and implement the Trinitarian cultivation system of "core competences-teaching evaluation-teaching practice".关键词
