摘要

Abstract

The initiative reform in teaching practice reflects the will and action mode of school subject, and demonstrates the teachers' teaching beliefs and wisdom. It is marked by the theory of initiative Reform, the paradigm of school teaching practice and sustainable teacher professional development, and has the meaning of the comprehensive deepening of basic education curriculum reform. The formation of the theory of school initiative Reform usually begins with the conflict of ideas and the discovery of problems, which is the result of "up and down integration". According to the orientation of the relationship between theory and practice, the construction of school teaching practice paradigm has two interactive routes, which are "theory guides practice" and "from practice to theory".They are based on sustainable teacher professional development.
