Abstract

There are many scientific concepts in the science curriculum of primary school. It is necessary to grasp the core concepts of science curriculum as a whole in teaching. To construct the core conceptual system of science curriculum that highlights the "hierarchical structure" and conforms to students' cognitive level, we can start with specific scientific concepts, take scientific facts as the carrier, and construct core concepts step by step from bottom to top, so as to deepen students' understanding of the core concepts of Science in different curriculum contents and strengthen the links between different fields. Through the teaching of core concept construction, it can cultivate students' constructive learning thinking, promote students ' understanding of the nature of science, stimulate students' interest in science, and enhance the transfer and application of knowledge.
