十堰市L乡小学教师专业发展现状及对策探究
On the Current Situation of Rural Primary Teachers' Professional Development in L Town of Shiyan City and Countermeasures for Problems

Abstract
At present, the professional development of rural primary school teachers is restricted by many subjective and objective factors, and their development is relatively slow, which has become the key to restrict the improvement of rural education quality. Through the field survey of three primary schools in L town of Shiyan city, it is found that the overall quality of teachers is not high; their professionalism is not strong; their consciousness of professional development is indifferent; their autonomy is not enough; their professional development activities are single;their effectiveness is not high; and their recognition of teaching and research is vague, their research ability is weak.Based on the national policy and the real education work, only by making efforts from macro-strategy, average-strategy to the micro-strategy, associating the government with the school and the teachers, can ensure rural primary teachers' integral professional development.关键词
