摘要

Abstract

Research about flow of kindergarten teachers has been performed for a relatively long period and covered rich content. Mostly conducted by teachers of universities, the research is associated with the phenomenon that "the name is the same but the areas differ". Kindergarten teachers flow and are lost across areas. Most literature focuses on causes and countermeasures, reflecting relatively strong problem awareness. The research objects are a little diversified, particularly including teachers of rural and private kindergartens. In general, the research methods are mostly qualitative. There is a higher proportion of literature which involves no research method. This phenomenon needs to be treated and improved cautiously. Although the flow of kindergarten teachers is impacted by lots of factors, the impacts of material factors are the most prominent. Most research suggestions are ideally taken for granted and empirical research remains to be further performed in the academic circle.
