Abstract
This study combs the course of the development of kindergarten teacherseducation in the past 40 years of reform and opening up. Found that China's preschool teacher education has achieved great development and achieved remarkable results. The number of teachers who have been trained professionally has steadily increased, and the ratio of kindergarten teachers with kindergarten kids has dropped significantly. The procession structure of kindergarten teachers has been optimized, especially the academic degree of kindergarten teachers in counties, towns and villages have been rapidly improved.The coverage of early childhood education has increased significantly. However, with the rapid increase in the demand for early childhood education, the development of early childhood teacher education still cannot keep up with the needs. As a result, the number and quality of kindergarten teachers are still not satisfying, especially in the past few years, the proportion of professionally trained kindergarten teachers has declined. The number of rural kindergarten teachers isn't enough, and their educational level is significantly lower than that of cities and counties.关键词
