摘要

Abstract

The development of inclusive education requires to form the new teacher role. Inclusive education teachers are the environmental creators, curriculum designers, teaching implementers, organizers of communication and cooperation, and research learners. Social culture is the soil that"shapes"the inclusive education teacher's role. Teacher education is the way for inclusive education teachers to gain knowledge and skills. Practice and reflection inject soul into inclusive education teachers. Teachers are the unification of human-oriented teachers, professional teachers, practical teachers and reflective teachers.
