多元城镇化中新生代乡村教师"经济杠杆"激励效应研究
Research on the Incentive Effect of Economic Policies on Rural Teachers in the Process of Urbanization
摘要
Abstract
The paper studied on the incentive effect of the policies on rural teachers in the process of urbanization. The results showed that, in the short term direct economic policies enhanced the enthusiasm of rural teachers arranging from 8. 5%to 47. 2%, while the indirect economic policies did not work. In the long term, the direct economic policies did not work, while indirect economic policies obviously enhanced the attractiveness. For the teachers' heterogeneity, the economic policies only affected on those from the county town and small city. These results provide a good view for the following policy designing.关键词
