教师教育课程供求的不平衡分析——基于某地方综合性大学师范生的调查
A Demand-Supply Analysis of Teacher Education Curriculum——Based on a Survey of Normal College Students in a Local University

Abstract
From the perspective of supply and demand, the analysis of the current situation of teacher education curriculum provided a decision-making basis for targeted teacher education curriculum reform. The investigation of 555 normal university students in a local university reveals the imbalance between the supply and demand of teachers' education courses. The analysis shows that the demand for teacher education curriculum is rational, which directly refers to their recent and long-term career development, but the satisfaction of curriculum needs should be improved. There are repeated and structural problems in the supply of curriculum content. In the implementation of the curriculum, the primary and secondary school educators are not involved in teaching; there is a lack of the diversity and sense of orientation of teaching methods; and there is no standard to comply with when using the teaching materials. In the knowledge supply, the knowledge about the teacher qualification examination, the professional development of the teacher and the knowledge of the career are insufficient. In the skill supply, interpersonal communication and communication skills between teachers and students, lectures and interviews, coping skills and classroom teaching organization and regulation skills need to be met.关键词
