摘要

Abstract

In this study, the grounded theory is used to excavate the willingness, influencing factors and mechanism of the special-post teachers of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) . Through the exploratory analysis, this study has the following theory: the special cause, salary and welfare, the environment, the relationship network and the professional development are the main influencing factors of the special job of the special-post teachers. It is a direct or explicit factor that affects the willingness of the special-post teacher. The relationship between the network variable and the professional development variable is an indirect factor or a recessive factor that affects the willingness of the special-post teacher.This study also clarifies the way of influence and mechanism of action of the origin of special post, wage and welfare, environmental aspect, relational network as well as professional development on their will to stay or leave.
