Abstract

In order to analyze and compare the quality difference and processing applicability of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder from different origin raw materials, the spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum spores from four main producing areas in China was used as the research object, and the color and particle size of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder were determined. Specific surface area, wall breaking rate, bulk density and bulk density, ash, crude polysaccharide content, fat content, DPPH free radical scavenging rate, -OH radical scavenging rate and reducing ability. The results showed that the loose density and bulk density of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder in Dabie Mountain and Changbai Mountain producing areas are more favorable for processing raw materials such as tablets and capsules; the content of crude polysaccharides of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder in Dabie Mountain producing area was the highest, 1.38 g/100 g, and has the strongest antioxidant capacity. The DPPH free radical scavenging ability, -OH radical scavenging ability and reducing ability are respectively up to 72.55%, 33.44%, and 46.4%.
