Rural Young Teachers’ Governance Dilemma and Improvement in the Perspective of Policy Precision
摘要
Abstract
Rural youth teachers are the guarantee of rural education sustainable development .They had limited benefits in subsistence allowances , the teacher dormitory and title reform because of the policy precision shortage .Worse still, rural youth teachers lived in school on workdays but they has to left their children at home , and they must teach more than one subjects but their knowledge is non-professional, and peer communication is absence , and they must deal with the loneliness in village, etc.It is necessary to build a governance strategy with "key needs" as the top priority, and form a governance action path with "major conflict areas first ", then innovate school management for professional incentives and strengthen hu -manistic care for emotional incentives to accurate governance to retain young rural teachers .关键词
