论教育家型教师的内涵与成长路径
On the Connotations and Development Approaches of Educationalist Teachers

Abstract
With the reference to the definitions of educationalist , the criteria of selecting "Zhenggaoji Teacher " and "Spe-cialist Teacher" (Teji Jiaoshi) in China, and the standards of "Excellent Teacher " in the United States, England and Aus-tralia, a definition of educationalist teacher is proposed and its connotations is elaborated .An educationalist teacher is a kind of leader teacher who has passion and a sense of commitment to national education , has formed educational practice models and theories with local characteristics , and can serve as a model to lead the future reform of education .Based on this definition, educationalist teachers can be developed by breaking through mental models , grounding in local educational prac-tices, establishing platforms for communication , and strengthening the policy support .关键词
