摘要

Abstract

Overview of American teachers’ induction has flourished between the 1980s and 1990s.The theoretical thinking on teacher induction focuses on reorienting the role of induction ; refining inner-mechanism of induction from the perspective of social cognitive theory , and outsider promotion for induction’s promise; discussing the composition and development of mentorship in induction ; deconstructing and analyzing the acquisition and transformation of beginning teacher ’s knowledge during induction.
