学前教育专业师范生驻园见习阶段心理历程分析
Psychological Process Analysis of Student Teachers Majoring in Preschool Education in the Period of Resident Probation

Abstract
:By using the method of purposeful random sampling ,the focus group interviews and reflection notes of 7 student teachers in Grade 2013 and 30 student teachers in Grade 2014 majoring in pre-school education are analyzed .It is found that the psychological process of student teachers in the period of resident probation generally can be divided into the following phases :expectation period (with the sense of mission ,disturbance ,and slight confusion) ,contradiction period (a dilemma of double identities ,namely ,"students" and "trainee teachers") and exploration period (reflection on their career planning ).Acceptance of self-identity and the support of "significant others" are the main influencing factors .Ac-cordingly ,related strategies are proposed :the community of internship in kindergartens should exert its function to support the psychological growth of student teachers during the whole process of internship ,and the qualifications of student teachers’ supervisors in kindergartens should be strictly examined and give full play to the positive influence of student teachers’ supervisors in kindergartens .关键词
