Abstract
:In recent years ,many provinces ,cities and schools in China issue a series of documents on the construc-tion of "high quality schools" and adopt a series of measures .Among them ,Wuxi city issues the "high quality school"construction document of Wuxi’s implementation of school quality improvement project for fully promoting the work of high-quality school construction .These documents of high-quality school construction such as the one made by Wuxi are made based on multiple factors ,such as the background of the times ,the game between quality-oriented education and ex-am-oriented education ,and the comparison of educational situation both at home and abroad .However ,according to the ef-fect of the implementation of these documents ,it is only a temporary solution to the danger ,and the transformation and im-plementation of a series of educational concepts are still faced with many practical difficulties .The quality of the school is a collection of quality ,meaning ,culture ,characteristics and reputation’.The real connotation of high quality schools is not only the hardware facilities ,but also a series of school culture which can have a profound educational impact .Therefore , in order to effectively solve the construction problem of "high quality school" ,to realize "learners can receive education"and "learners can receive high quality education" ,the following ways must be adopted :setting up the idea of scientific concept of education and reforming the evaluation of school education ;correcting the disadvantages of exam-oriented edu-cation and perfecting school curriculum system ;paying attention to teachers’professional growth and innovating classroom teaching in schools ;creating a special culture brand and implementing "people-oriented" school governance .关键词
