Abstract
Teacher Education Changes for 40 Years: Developing Process, Experience and Challenges Abstract:Forty years since the reform and opening up , the reform of teacher education has experienced three stages :the reconstruction of the teacher education system , the exploration of the open running school model and the formation of the current diversified teacher education practice.Focusing on normal colleges and universities , attaching impor-tance to the cultivation of teachers′morality and educational devotion , emphasizing the ability of education and teach-ing practice and systematically promoting the establishment of teacher education standards is the basic experience of the success of teacher education reform in 40 years.Clarifying the orientation of teacher education function in normal colleges and universities , improving the employment prospects and professional treatment of teachers , enhancing pro-fessional subject study of teacher students , and continuously promoting the transformation of information technology to teacher education courses are not only the challenges facing the future development of teacher education , but also the developing trend of teacher education.关键词
