Analysis on Goal, Content and Path of Teachers Building in the New Era:Based on Teachers Building in China’s Education Modernization in 2035
摘要
Abstract
China’s education modernization 2035, issued in February 2019, determined "establishing a high-quality, professional and innovative teachers " as one of the ten strategic tasks of education modernization , and identified it as an important support for promoting education modernization and building a strong socialist education country .Analysis of the policy text of China’s education modernization in 2035 reveals that the goal of teachers building is the specific embodiment of General Secretary XI Jinping’s important discourse on the teachers building , and is the specific re-quirement of basic education for the teachers building in the process of building China into a strong socialist education country.The core content of establishing high-quality, professional and innovative teachers is to train "four qualities"good teachers with good teachers’ morality first, key path is to establish teacher education system and professional in-stitution and to improve teachers’ social status.Based on the profound understanding of General Secretary Xi Jin-ping’s important discourse on the teachers building , this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions and o-pinions on teachers building in the New Era.关键词
