Abstract

In order to investigate relationship among perceived organizational support and subjective career success and job crafting of primary and secondary school teachers , 359 primary and secondary school teachers who come from the province of Anhui, Henan and Chongqing were investigated randomly by the questionnaire.The results showed that :(1) the primary and secondary school teachers’ scores of perceived organizational support , job crafting and subjec-tive career success were not high , and on the three variables , they still have a large room to improve.(2) on the per-ceived organizational support , job crafting and subjective career success , the city teachers’ scores were better than the rural teachers’, female teachers were more inclined to do job crafting than male teachers , the primary school teachers’ scores on the organizational support and subjective career success were better than the middle school teach -ers’; (3) there were significantly positive correlation among perceived organizational support , job crafting and sub-jective career success , and primary and secondary school teachers’ perceived organizational support , the increasing challenging job demands and increasing structural job resources of job crafting had significantly positive predictive effects on their subjective career success ; (4) the increasing challenging job demands and increasing structural job resources played the partial intermediary role between perceived organizational support and subjective career success .
