我国西部学前师范生协同培养质量与路径分析
Analysis on Quality and Path of Cocultivation of Preschool Normal Students in Western China

Abstract
Cocultivation quality factor is an effective indicator to measure the quality of school -enterprise collabora-tion.Through the investigation, exploration and verification the co-cultivation of preschool normal student in 473 uni-versities in western China , the five factors of Cocultivation quality factor are obtained : students’ enterprise practice, the pre-school professional preparation of university , the collaborative practice behavior of enterprise , the student’s college academic reserve , and the pre-school collaborative environment support of university.Based on the three-stage level analysis of Cocultivation quality factor , it is found that the"the collaborative practice behavior of enterprise " is the key reason that affects the overall "preschool normal students’Cocultivation quality".In this regard, path analysis and verification were carried out , and finally the platform for "pre-school collaborative environment support of the uni-versity"was established, and solid foundation for "pre-school professional preparation of university "was firmly estab-lished to promote student practice and enterprise collaboration.Finally, pay attention to the guidance of " students’ enterprise practice" and improve the quality of Cocultivation.关键词
