中小学校本研修的问题、缘由与路径

Abstract
School-based Research and Training: Status, Problems and Paths Abstract:As the characteristic and normal status and also the main channel of teachers ′professional life in basic edu-cation, school-based research and training contributes a lot to the quality and stability of Chinese teachers .However, when we get close to the school-based research and training scene , we find that many problems still exist.Based on field investigation and interview , this paper examines the current situation and problems and explores the possible path of school-based research and training , in order to give renewed vigor to promote teachers′professional develop-ment.关键词
