摘要

Abstract

Summary Curriculum-Teaching objectives and design from single to various , Student evaluation from aca-demic achievement to comprehensive quality , Teachers’ ability from teaching to academy and counseling from learn-ing to career are the new professional development needs that have been presented to teachers by the new college en -trance examination.To meet these new requirements , learning to design courses and becoming a designer of learning , learning to evaluate academic achievement and students development and becoming an appraiser of grow up and learn -ing to study and career counseling and becoming a tutor of student development should become the teachers training objectives and role expectations based on the new college entrance examination .
