摘要

Abstract

Under the background of relevant policies for teachers’ professional development , Normal colleges and uni-versities have ushered in a very favorable opportunity for development.However, they are facing many challenges at meantime, such as the new technological change which is subverting the traditional forms of education , top universi-ties are also beginning to participate in teaching training.Teacher colleges and universities should carry forward teacher-Tao mind and deal with technological rationality in the dimension of culture and value .They should be deter-mined to reform and innovate to deal with the transformation of education in the dimension of form and way .They should focus on craftsman mind to meet the challenges of top universities in excellence and innovative dimension .
