Abstract

The faculty of entrepreneurship education in universities around the world has been facing problems of in -sufficient quantity and unbalanced structure , which has greatly restricted the development of entrepreneurship educa-tion.American colleges and universities have made a lot of efforts in building the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education.One of them is to create Resident in Entrepreneur Project.The project can effectively alleviate the shortage of entrepreneurial teachers , optimize the structure of entrepreneurial teachers , and improve the pertinence and quality of entrepreneurial guidance.On the basis of introducing the connotation of Resident in Entrepreneur Project , this pa-per analyzes the application of Resident in Entrepreneur Project in higher education system .Taking the United States as an example, this paper studies the specific operation of Resident in Entrepreneur Project in American universities and provides suggestions for Chinese universities to carry out Resident in Entrepreneur Project .
