基于用人需求的全日制小学教育硕士课程满意度调查
Empirical Survey on Courses Satisfaction of Full-time Master of Education in Primary Schools Based on Employment Needs

Abstract
Whether full-time Master of Education students’ curriculum learning is efficient highly determines the qual-ity of basic education teachers.Taking the field of primary education as an example , based on the perspective of em-ployment needs , this paper focuses on investigating the course learning satisfaction of Master of Education students . The results show that professional ethics , subject expertise and teaching practice ability are the teachers ’ qualities that employers pay special attention to.The curriculum of Master of Education students satisfies the professional needs of primary school teachers well.There are some differences between students and graduates in curriculum satisfaction on specific dimensions.However, there are still some problems to be improved urgently , including optimizing curric-ulum structure, highlighting practical courses and practical teaching to improve practical ability , and promoting dy-namic classroom and charm teaching.关键词
