摘要
Abstract
Atpresent,theteachingprofessionislimitedbytheutilitariansociety,andhasbeenshackledintothesecular world.Thustheleadingroleofhumanultimateconcernisincreasinglybeingdecomposed.Teachers’workisextremelyspir-itualandisessentiallyanactivitythat"releasesoulsfrompurgatory",soitneedsteacherspossessthesentimentsandbe-liefsbeyondtheordinaryperson’sconsciousness.Thesentimentsofeducation,whichteachersshouldtakeintoconsidera-tion,arethenecessityofeducationandthecoreofteachers’spirit.Theeducationalbeliefswhichteachersshouldpossess consistofidealism,perfectionism,heroism,fideismand"emotionalist-ism",toprovideoriginalmotivityofteachers’con-notativedevelopment.关键词
