Abstract
Theteachers’goodnessisthedisplayofteachers’moralpersonalityinpractice.Itistheresultoftheinteraction betweenexternalenvironmentandteachers’moralconsciousnessaswellasthefoundationandwell-beingofeducation. However,bythebeneficialchoice,valuejudgments,mainmoralwillsandotherfactors,teachersshowgoodinthetangled andfetters.Tothisend,wemustfocusonimprovingtheteachers’developmentsystem,buildingagoodorderforteachers’ life;reformingthepre-serviceteachereducationalcurriculum,cultivatingtheeducationalfaithtothefutureoftheoutstand-ingteachers;buildingtheteacher’smoralcommunity,enrichingtheteacher’srationalityandpractice,sothattherealiza-tionofgoodnesscouldbecomethevalueofeachteacher’sdesire.关键词
