Abstract
Ruralteachersarethecoreandfundamentalofruraleducation.Qualityofruralteachersisdirectlyrelatedtothe developmentofruraleducationandtheentireruralsociety.Improvingthequalityofruralteachersisastrategicrequirement forthedevelopmentoftalentsinthenewera,aninevitablerequirementforrevitalizingruraleducation,andaninherentre-quirementforthemselves.Atpresent,Chinahasimplementedanumberofpolicies,plansorprojectsconcerningthequality improvementofruralteachers,butthequalityimprovementofruralteachersstillfacesproblems.Tosolvethepredicament ofruralteachersandeffectivelyimprovetheirquality,thekeyistoeliminatetheisolatedislandeffectandtheclosedpath theyencounter,andtobreaktheshacklesofruralteachersintermsofgeography,culture,psychology,andtechnology, forminganinternalandexternalpathofintegration,openness,interactionandcommondevelopment.关键词
