Abstract
Therearemanyerrorsorblindnessintheunderstandingandpracticeofgeneralteacherinruralprimaryschools, becauseofthemisunderstandingormisjudgmentofthebackgroundandobjectiveoftraininggeneraleducationteachers.The trainingofgeneralteacherinruralprimaryschoolaimstorespondrequirementsof"naturallysmallclass"andinsufficient allocationofteachers’resources.Itisessentiallydifferentfromtheexcellentpursuingofgeneralteachersbasedoncurricu-lumintegrationandsmallclassteachingindevelopedareasabroad.Theideal"generalteacher"shouldhavecomprehen-sive,generalknowledge,andextensiveknowledge,butthisdoesnotmeanthatprimaryschoolteachersareallpowerful"Jackofalltrades".Theeffectiveimplementationofgeneralteacherdependsonthecoordinatedpromotionofcurriculumin-tegrationandsmallclassteaching.Itshouldnotbeequaltothereturnof"secondarynormaleducation".Promotingbal-anceddevelopmentofurbanandruraleducationisitsbasicguaranteeandobjectiveappeal.关键词
