乡村青年教师何以留任——基于全国18省35县调查数据的回归分析

摘要
Abstract
Theyoungruralteachers’intentiontostayinruralschoolsbasicallydeterminestherelativestabilityoftheentire ruralteachers.Basedon15048questionnairesofyoungruralteachersof35countiesfrom18provinces,weconducteda multiplelinearregressionanalysisonthefactorsthatinfluencetheirintentiontostayinruralschools.Theresultsshowthat age,annualsalary,socialstatus,internalworkingenvironment,andsurroundingenvironmentoftheschoolhaveasignifi-cantpositiveimpactontheyoungruralteachers’intentiontostayinruralschools.Andworkload,distancefromtheschool tothecounty,workstress,teachingeffectiveness,andjobburnouthaveasignificantnegativeimpactonit.Also,rural youngteachersworkingindifferentcountieswithspouses,graduatedfromprovincialuniversitiesorhigherleveluniversities, ortrainedatthecitylevelorabove,andmaleteachersarelesswillingtostay.Tostrengthenthewillingnessofyoungrural teacherstostayandstabilizetheentireruralteachers,weneedtoimprovethelevelandrationalityofruralteachers’wages, improvethelivingconditionsandconvenienceofyoungruralteachers,createanactiveandwarminternalworkingenviron-mentoftheschool,andpayattentiontotherealizationofthecareerexpectationofhigh-abilityyoungteachers.关键词
