教师激励对组织承诺的影响——工作满意度的中介作用

Abstract
Teachersarethefirstresourceforeducationdevelopment.Theperfectandscientificincentivesystem canen-hancetheworkvitality,promotetheconstructionofhigh-qualityteachers.Inthisstudy,723primaryschoolteachersina districtofBeijingareselectedassamples,andtherelationshipbetweenteacherincentives,jobsatisfactionandorganization-alcommitmentisinvestigatedbyquestionnaire.Theempiricalstudyfindsthattheteacher'sjobsatisfactionisatthemiddle level,andtheorganizationalcommitmentisbelowthemiddlelevel,amongwhichthecontinualcommitmentisthelowest. Teachersofdifferentgender,age,teachingage,schooltypeandsizehavedifferentlevelsofjobsatisfactionandorganiza-tionalcommitment.Teacherincentivehasapositiveeffectonorganizationalcommitment,whichispositivelycorrelatedwith jobsatisfaction,andjobsatisfactionplaysanintermediaryroleintheeffectofteacherincentivesonorganizationalcommit-ment.关键词
